For newly graduated police officers at the National Police College-Kiganjo Main Campus, the transition from training to active service took another significant step as they received newly acquired police uniforms, marking their readiness to begin duty with renewed confidence, dignity, and professionalism.
The exercise was led by the Director of Logistics, Kenya Police Service, Mr. Peter Ndung'u, S/AIG, who was accompanied by senior police officers from Vigilance House and National Police College. The team oversaw the distribution of the uniforms to the newly graduated officers as part of ongoing efforts to equip personnel with the essential items required for effective service.
The issuance of the new uniforms underscores the Service's commitment to enhancing the welfare and professional image of its officers while ensuring that they are adequately equipped as they embark on their policing duties
