Complaint Againts a Police Officer

Please be aware that once the Kenya Police have received your online complaint form, it will be sent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Complaints). All complaints, by law, must be recorderd by the police.

Can anyone else make a complaint for me?

A friend, relative or member of a community group can make a complaint on your behalf as long as you giveconsent to them to complain on your behalf.

If you prefer, they could write down your complaint stating that you have agreed for them to complain for you, and you should sign it to show that you have agreed.
