RECRUITMENT OF DIRECT ENTRY INSPECTORS OF POLICE (SPECIALISTS)

 

The Kenya Police intends to recruit Male and Female Cadet Officers who are interested in Police Service and have the following qualifications:

1. (a) Doctors } Be registered by Medical and Dental
(b) Pathologists } Practioners Registration Board.
• Three (3) years experience

2. Lawyers – Registered Advocates of High Court of Kenya.
• Four (4) years Practicing as an Advocate.

3. Computer Forensic Experts – Bsc. in Forensic Computer Science.
• Two (2) years experience in Computer Forensic Investigations.

4. Forensic Analysts (Chemists/Biochemists) – Bsc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry.
• Two (2) years experience in Forensic Analysis in a Medical or Research Laboratory.

5. Civil and Structural Engineers– Bsc. in Civil Engineering.
• Two (2) years experience.

6. Land Surveyors – Bachelor in Surveying.
• Two (2) years experience.

7. Helicopter Pilots:
• With an accumulated 750 hrs and above
• Possession of CPL or PPL is an added advantage
• Accumulated 500 hrs as a Pilot in Command.

Other qualifications

• Must be between 18 and 30 years
• Must be medically fit
• Have no criminal records
• Be in possession of National Identity Card.

Only the applications of short-listed candidates that attend the interview will be acknowledged.

Those who do not receive any replies by 30th September, 2006 should consider themselves unsuccessful.

The successful candidates will undergo a six month’s course at Kenya Police College and on completion be deployed in the Kenya Police Service countrywide.
