Police Headquarters has received reports concerning
flash floods that have extensively affected the area
between Kitengela and Namanga following heavy rains
overnight.
Information reaching us indicates the flood waters
have totally cut off the road to Namanga from Kitengela.
Motorists are therefore advised to avoid the section
as it is now impassable.
In the meantime, our officers are monitoring the situation
closely and we shall provide updates as and when we
receive further reports.
