Following the fighting that occurred on Saturday 26th August 2006 during a cultural event at Mwingi where the Wildlife Assistant Minister, Hon. Kalembe Ndile was attacked by hooligans ostensibly supporting Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka, warrants of arrest have been issued in respect of the following persons:

• Councillor Musyoka Wanzwili Akamayo
• Geoffrey Munuve Musyimi

Additionally, the following persons are summoned to the Eastern Provincial Police Headquarters, Embu to record statements on their involvement in this incident: -

• Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka
• Hon. Daudi Mwanzia, the MP for Machakos Town

In the event those summoned fail to report as ordered today, appropriate warrants of arrest will be issued.
