Following the directives issued yesterday requiring those whose names were mentioned in regard to the Goldenberg Report, to surrender their pass ports and fire arms (those who posses) to the Police, the under-listed people have complied.

Those who have Surrendered Passports:
• Mr. Eric Kotut
• Mr. Wilfred Koinange
• Mr. Philip Moi
• Mr. Job Kilach

Those who have returned their Fire Arms:
• Mr. Philip Murgor – Returned his firearm to the dealer
• Mr. Gideon Moi - CLO
• Mr. Charles Mbindyo – CLO
• Mr. Philip Moi - CLO

Those who have not complied are asked to do so latest tomorrow Thursday 16th February, 2006 at 4:00 pm failure to which the Police will take necessary action.
