| Pursuant to facilitation of
investigations into the Goldenberg Scandal, the under-listed
people who were mentioned in the Justice Bosire Goldenberg
Inquiry Report are hereby directed to immediately deposit
their passports with the CID
at Mazingira House, off Kiambu Road.
They are further advised not to leave the country without
prior notification to the Police.
The Commissioner of Police has also cancelled with
immediate effect the fire arms licenses of those among
the list who may have been licensed to own firearms.
They are directed to return them to the Chief
Licensing Officer at Milimani, with immediate
effect.

• Mr. Eliphus Riungu
• Mr. Elijah Bii
• Mr. Tom K. Werunga
• Mr. Michael Wanjihia
• Mr. Job Kilach
• Mr. Joshua Kulei
• Mr. Joseph Magari
• Mr. Philip Murgor
• Mr. Gideon Moi
• Mr. Philip Moi
Other names will follow as and when it will become necessary
for the investigations.
